Glass Commissions

I create art glass for architectural environments, translating decades of painting experience using the unique properties of glass. I also create stand-alone glass pieces. My imagery combines landscape and abstraction. I developed my glass skills at professional studios in the United States, Scotland, and Germany after having earned undergraduate and graduate degrees in painting and printmaking. I design each project with the specific community, site, building code, budget and viewer in mind. I am honored to create art that innumerable people will experience over time, particularly individuals who would not seek art on their own. My process requires a combination of creative intuition, artistic skill, analytical thinking, and organizational management. I oversee the big picture and countless details.
